Angela Robinson

Angela Robinson is American actress as well as screenwriter and director. Outfest Fusion LGBTQ People of Color Film Festival honored Robinson in 2013 with the Fusion Achievement Award, for her role as a media activist for LGBTQ individuals. Robinson got married to Scott Whitehurst, a stage actor, in 1996. In recognition of her performance, Angela was awarded the Gracie Award for Outstanding Female Actor One to Watch in the year 2015. Anne Marie Tiernon was hired by WMBD 31 Peoria Illinois as a journalist in 1989. Then in 1991 she headed to Indianapolis where she began anchoring WISH's newscast at 11PM as well as anchoring the CBS affiliate's newscast at 5:30PM with colleague Scott Swan.
