Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. Her fame grew in the mid 70s and in the early 1980s due to her continual appearances on various TV shows in which she was seen as a glamourous actress. Fairchild was first noticed as Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow, a CBS daytime soap from 1973 until 1977. She starred in 1978 on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress (TV Series Drama). Television Series Drama). Fairchild co-starred alongside ABC on the soap Paper Dolls from 1984. In addition, she appeared as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Then in 1991 she headed to Indianapolis where she began anchoring WISH's newscast at 11PM as well as anchoring the CBS affiliate's newscast at 5:30PM with colleague Scott Swan.
